According to body language expert Judi James, there's a reason Meghan Markle is often spotted with her hands in her pocket.
James said a classic reason behind the gesture could be a "desire to hide and minimize one's appearance."

Before the two were married, Prince Harry was reportedly willing to break a few royal rules just to see Meghan Markle.
Towards the start of their relationships, Prince Harry flew to Toronto to visit Markle instead of returning home from his royal duties.
