Hungary sees 227,000 Chinese tourists' arrival in 2017-2018 tourism season

Tourism is adding more and more to Hungary's GDP, Péter Szijjártó, the foreign affairs and trade minister, said on the sidelines of the Dubrovnik ministerial conference on cooperation between China and 16 central and eastern European countries.
The economic interest of Hungary to increase its tourist turnover perpetually. This growth should be linked to countries from which tourists are high-spending, and the Chinese are among the most affluent tourists in the world, he said on Wednesday, adding that last year Chinese tourists spent 258 billion US dollars worldwide.

Nepal tourism sees 18.8% visitor growth in international arrivals

The Nepal Tourism Board Management can relax and should actually feel proud of their tireless work. A growth of 18.8% has been witnessed in international visitor arrivals to Nepal in August of this year with 87,679 international visitors. With this, the arrival figures in January-August period reached 680,996; it is an accumulative increase of 18.2% compared to the same period last year.
