Dubai is working with Carnival Corporation, the US-based cruise company and the world's largest travel leisure company, for developing the next phase of the emirate's plan to turn into a global cruise tourism hub.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, has approved plans to make the Dubai Cruise Terminal the principal hub in the emirate, with the launch date slated for October 2020.
