Israel has record tourists but has serious problem with public transportation

Israel witnessed a record of more than 2 million tourists in the first half this year, and the figure was boosted by increased number of flights and cheaper airfares. But upon arrival, visitors face the same traffic as Israelis do and have to cope with a public transportation system that isn't congenial at all.

Indian tourist arrivals to Israel increases by record breaking 82% from January to June

After reaching an all time high in 2017, Israel has yet again broken its record of Indian tourist arrivals to the country with an 82% growth from January to June in the last three years. More than 40,000 Indian tourists visited Israel in the last six months vis-à-vis 22,000 people during the same period in 2015 as per the statistics released by Israel Ministry of Tourism. Israel also witnessed a whopping 17,800 Indian arrivals with 115% growth in May alone as compared to 8,300 visitors in May, 2015.
