Foreign tourist arrivals to Cuba touch 4 million mark

Despite a sharp drop in U.S. visitors to Cuba due to Washington's policy which restricts Americans' traveling to the island, the Caribbean nation has attracted 4 million international tourists so far this year.
According to a Ministry of Tourism release, the figure hits the mark of 4 million four days earlier than the previous year. Cuba aims to attract some 4.75 million international visitors, a record-high figure, by the end of 2018.

Myanmar attracts 2.84 million tourists in 10 months

According to the figures from Myanmar's Hotel and Tourism Ministry, the country attracted over 2.84 million tourists as of Oct this year. Figures in this year show a slight increase of foreign visitors, compared with 2.81 million in the same period of last year.
France topped the list of western travellers, followed by those of the United Kingdom, Germany and Italy. Of Asian travellers, over 236,441 visitors from Thailand arrived in Myanmar.
