A JetBlue flight was forced to land early after a man was acting 'erratically and aggressively' towards passengers and crew members the airline said.
Thomas Pallini/Insider 40-year-old Mark Anthony Scerbo was arrested at Minneapolis‚ąíSaint Paul International Airport.
Police charged Scerbo with possession of a controlled substance.
The Federal Aviation Administration is enforcing civil penalties ranging from $9,000-$52,000.
